She has developed and executed sales effectiveness programmes for the likes of Xero, Vend and Crimson Education, all fast-growing businesses founded in New Zealand. Her specialty is building strong foundations across sales and marketing processes, technology, people and strategy, to ensures companies can accelerate their growth to the next level.

Amanda is the Director of Revenue Consulting at Revenue Lab, a Kiwi-founded company that helps organisations accelerate revenue growth by solving performance gaps across their people, processes and technology to embed change that creates predictable and scalable revenue.

As CMO and Operating Partner at GD1 (a venture capital fund), Heather is working with GD1 portfolio companies to supercharge growth and is leading both marketing and ESG initiatives. Helping co-found The Clinician, Tamaryn (Tam) compliments the company's clinical expertise with 20 years of commercial life science experience. Prior to co-founding The Clinician, Tam worked for leading healthcare companies Johnson & Johnson and Servier before taking up senior management roles in the business intelligence division of Informa.  Following her successful international career in healthcare business intelligence sales, product management and company acquisitions Tam brings with her to The Clinician the necessary knowledge and skills to drive the company's core commercial activities. 

Cather is a Professor of Physics and Chemical Sciences at the University of Auckland. She moved to New Zealand in 2007 from the USA, and founded the Photon Factory, an outwardly facing laser R&D centre in the Faculty of Science. In 2018 she stepped down as Director to serve as Chief Science Officer of Engender Technologies, one of the Photon Factory’s startups. In addition to her research in Chemical Physics, she is keenly interested in the interface between academic research and commercialisation.

Cather is a Fellow of the Royal Society Te Aparangi where she currently sits on the Academy Executive. She is a Director of SPIE (International Society for Optics & Photoncs), Fisher & Paykel Healthcare and Orbis Diagnostics. In addition to her University role, she is a Partner at Pacific Channel. Accolades include a New Zealand National Teaching Award, the Kiwinet’s Researcher Entrepreneur and Supreme Awards and Royal Society’s Pickering Medal.
